Job Description

Support Worker (Male Only)Up to £10.50 p/h (PAYE) + holiday pay + pension contribution + benefitsZero-hour, part time and full-time hours availableDue to the nature of the role, a male is required in order to meet the needs of the individual who is being supported. The role requires 1:1 with an individual where long days and sleeps are often requested.Your role will be supporting a gentlemen with his residential home through care plans and activities. Although this is an agency role, you will be needed for ongoing work at this service where sleeps are also required. There is no personal care or manualhandling needed, however due to occasional challenging behaviour, epilepsy awareness and PBM will be needed. Training is provided should you require a refresher or if youre simply interested in the roleFor this role:

  • A DBS on the update service is a great advantage but not a requirement
  • Due to the location of the services, a driver is preferable but not essential
  • Ideally you will have PBM training however this can be provided for you through our trainer
