Job Description

Private Client Legal AssistantFull Time Permanent positionThe OpportunityYou will work for one of the country’s most reputable high street law firms, within their highly regarded Private Client team. This award winning team are known for providing excellent client care and for going above and beyond for their clients.The responsibilities:

  • To carry out all administration tasks t
  • Audio typing
  • Managing diaries
  • Arranging appointments
  • Competently dealing with telephone calls
  • To deal with fee-earning tasks delegated by Supervising Fee Earner
  • Photocopying & general filing
  • Closing files correctly and arranging storage of original documents
  • Preparing account slips and invoices to account for client money
  • Comply with all file opening procedures including conflict searches, obtaining suitable identification documents
