This is Deputy Manager role with a difference.One of my valued clients is looking for an ambitious individual with strong business acumen, excellent HR knowledge and compliance skills to join their organisation as a Deputy Manager.The role is within a social care setting, but a care background is not required as there is a strong clinical team in place and a Clinical Manager who oversees all aspects of care. What we need is a wingman (or woman) who can bring a business head to the party.Making sure there are robust HR practises in place, good compliance and audit routines are followed and understands recruitment, right to work and budgeting.Maybe you have a background in HR, or training and compliance or even executive admin. You will be good with people, a great communicator and have excellent organisational and prioritising skills. Juggling balls, spinning plates, that kind of thing.Excellent induction and training for the role will be given and you will be fully supported by a Regional team as you settle in to your new role.Get in touch to hear more.
