Communications SpecialistCwmbran, Swansea or St Asaph12 month contractAbout the roleThe post holder will be a key member of the Trusts Communications Team, with a broad portfolio that will encompass internal, external, digital, and change communications, and will be expected to act as the lead specialist for Internal Communications and managingupcoming events What youll be doing as a Communications SpecialistThe post holder will be required to develop proactive working relationships with the Trust Board, the Trust Boards Executive Team, the Senior Management Team, and more widely with staff across the Trust, as well as with Welsh Government and other stakeholders. The post-holder will improve and protect the reputation of the Trust and ensure that patients, public, staff and other stakeholders have confidence in the services deliver. The post-holder must support the Trusts media relations activity, working closely with the Board, staff and journalists to optimise the organisations media profile and ensure that highly complex and sensitive issues are dealt with in an open and constructivemanner, minimising reputational damage. Supporting the organisation, delivery and evaluation of events/visit including Awards.
