Job Description

Accelerate Teaching are looking for a teacher specifically with Leadership Skills that is experienced working with Key Stage 2 (KS2) to support and work with a primary school in the Pontefract area of West Yorkshire.Are you an accomplished educator with a proven track record of elevating student achievement in KS2 Do you possess exceptional leadership capabilities and a passion for driving educational excellence Accelerate Teaching Agency is seeking a dynamic individualto join our team and make a significant impact on a school improvement strategy.This is a full-time position working alongside teachers at the school and support in a leadership capacity starting directly after the February half term, 19th February 2024.As a successful candidate, you will:

  • Demonstrate a history of raising attainment levels in KS2, evidenced by measurable pupil progress and outcomes.
  • Possess strong leadership abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively with teachers across the school to enhance instructional practices and curriculum delivery.
