Registered Manager - Residential Child Care2 bed serviceEBDCastleford£42,000 to £47,250 per annum plus bonus Working for a specialist in providing residential child care for vulnerable young people between the ages of 8 and 18.Your role as Registered Manager" This role will be best suited to an experienced manager who takes a considerate and progressive approach to leadership and is comfortable building a team from the ground up." You will mould the home and your new team around our Therapeutic Parenting approach and join a cluster network of similar homes in Yorkshire." With the full support of experienced care professionals, HR, property maintenance and referrals experts, you will oversee all aspects of running the home."
