Job Description

Atkinson Moss have been engaged to support this leading business as they seek to add additional support as they go through a period of positive change.

This Procurement Lead/Finance Business Partner will provide day to day support for national projects to support delivery of the UK growth targets and strategic goals.A bit about the role...
  • Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process to determine future pricing.
  • Update forecasts of commodity prices to analyse the impact on company profitability.
  • Business partner with IS to understand budgets and track variances
  • Tracking and reporting actuals to perform re-forecasting and analyzing them through analysis of previous budgets and forecasts.
  • Business partner with commercial teams to monitor and record progress and impact of productivity initiatives.
  • Deliver key commercial decision-making support and lead scenario modelling for liaising with buyers and establishing trade-offs.
  • Analyse procurement performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Desirable experience..
  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience within FMCG or Supply Chain is desirable but not a requirement.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate within non-finance teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and provide value-added financial guidance
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong IT skills with intermediate Excel abilities
