Job Description

Job Title- Operations Data AnalystLocation- PolmontStarting Salary - £20kFull Time- PermanentThe Recruitment Co are currently Recruiting for Operations Data Analysts for our Client based in Polmont. This role would be ideal for candidates who are recent Graduates or have previous Customer Service experience.The Role-

  • This is a Data Analyst role in the Electricity industry where you would collect, aggregate and distribute data consumption out to the energy suppliers and into settlement.
  • Basic tasks will include data entry, data analysis and problem solving using the Clients in house developed software, MS office and various industry websites. Their clients are electricity suppliers and you would be expected to liaise with them through themeans of email and/or phone calls. You can use these as opportunities to build lasting working relationships and network whilst providing a high level of service and client satisfaction.
  • The daily tasks can occasionally be repetitive but also challenging as you would be working to tight deadlines. You will be required to self-motivate and meet these deadlines.
  • The training is primarily on the job. You will start out by shadowing a colleague and then progressively take over various daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
  • Along with your own individual responsibilities you may also be required to meet ad-hoc deadlines which requires the full team to work together so a strong team ethic is essential.
