Whether yourenew to careor experienced, youll be making a world of difference when you join us as a Waking Nights Support Worker at Achieve together.Mirabelle House is a supported living service for 7 individuals with CC-Epilepsy, Autism&Pica. Mc-Epilepsy, Aspergers and an eating Disorder. SF-Epilepsy and Moderate Learning Disability. AMW-Epilepsy and MILD Learning Disability. LG-Brain Injuryfrom birth due to lack of Oxygen and Mild Learning Disability. HC-Epilepsy and Mental Health Issues(Depression). OH-Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues.Mirabelle House is a supported living service based around 7 miles from the city centre where the mainline Plymouth railway station offering good links to the rest of the country. The serviceis in central Plymouth and is only ten minutes walk fromPlymouth city centre, which boasts many places of interest.Location: Plymstock, Plymouth, PL9Contract: Permanent full timeYour new job:Support workers treat everyone equally and with the dignity and respect they deserve: youll play a vital part in providing support that improves the ability to manage daily tasks and enable people to experience independentliving and decision making.Your role is to:

  • Remain awake and alert throughout the night to ensure the safety of the people we support.
  • Monitor and promote sleep and wellbeing patterns.
  • Support with nightly tasks: such as medication and domestic duties.
