Job Description

Due to expansion my client is looking for a Web Developer, to join their successful and friendly team! This position will be based at their office in central Plymouth.As a Web Developer it will be your responsibility to deliver development requirements for the companys award-winning functions. You will be required to work closely with the existing team in the development of new functions and services. As a successful Web Developer you will need to have good knowledge of the following:

  • Object-Oriented PHP/MySQL Development (essential)
  • JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX / CSS (essential)
  • Laravel 8
  • SSH and Linux command line
  • Git Repository Workflow
  • Cross Browser & Responsive HTML/CSS Compatibility
  • Server and Client-side security best practices
You will also need to be:
  • Highly organised with a process driven mentality.
  • Self-motivated and displays a high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passionate about the user experience and, accurate and timely delivery of data and services
  • Able to communicate and present to all levels of the business
This is a full-time, permanent position working MondayFriday. Generous holiday package and benefits. Salary between £22,000-£35,000completely dependent on experience and knowledge of software, this can be discussed on application.
