Job Description

Pertemps have an excellent opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join our client,Aworld leader in gases, engineering and health careoperating in more than 100 countries across the globe.The company is committed to technologies and products that unite the goals of customer value and sustainable development, whilst acting responsibly towards its shareholders, business partners, employees, society and the environment in every one of its businessareas, regions and locations across the globe.As the Transport Administrator you will be:Reviewing, maintaining, and updating training records and ensure that all staff are available and attend training as requiredCompleting thorough driver trip debriefs and refer poor performing drivers to the transport managerManaging drivers hours & ensure legal complianceUsing internal systems to maintain driver hour records and tachographs, including uploading vehicles and drivers within the prescribed time limits, compiling, and sending tables/envelopes for analysisEnsuring vehicles are available for scheduled maintenance & MOT, with an appropriate replacementCarrying out driving licence, ADR certificate, CPC card checks at the appropriate timeMaintaining & review driving licence records is requiredIf you have a high level of organisational discipline and passion for customer service, then this is the role for you!The successful candidate will have a background in Administration, ideally within the logistics/driving industry and be Computer literate (using Microsoft Office)PermanentBased at Cattedown, PlymouthWorking Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm£33,385 (FTE)
