Flexible working across all service areas will be an expectation of this post alongside opportunities to gain skills and experience within the wide spectrum of service provision – from community hospital to care homes to patient’s home.The work will include carrying out treatment programmes under the direction of the team Therapists, with patients on the ward at Tavistock Community Hospital, with patients in their own homes, in Residential or Nursing Homes, or when attending one of our Therapy groups. The post holder will be well supported by senior staff as well as the wider multi-disciplinary team, and will be actively encouraged to attend training and to engage in clinical supervision to enhance their continued professional development.We are extremely lucky to work in an area of outstanding natural beauty, based on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park.
