  • Site Supervisor position dealing with a high quality range of various roofing contract services; slate, tiling, flat roofing, eco roofs, shingles, lead, solar, shakes, sheet roofing & cladding, aluminium flashings, single ply and standing seam
  • Assisting the Contract Managers with roofing contracts for developers
  • Taking control of the organisation and management of all aspects of onsite work, with all projects being new build estates
  • Responsible for approximately 15 sites and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day contracts
  • Conducting pre-roof and mid-roof inspections as well as sign offs
  • Delivering toolbox talks to the tradesmen
  • Ensure all H&S guidelines are continuously met
  • Managing plot schedulings and monitoring materials
  • Instructing and delegating where the roofing tradesmen, sub-contractors and labourers will be based
  • Liaising with the internal Buying Department and Contracts Managers to ensure projects are up to date reducing any potential issues
The ideal applicant will be Site Supervisor - Roofing Contract Services with:
  • Must be from a roofing background
  • Must hold a CSCS card
  • Knowledge of H&S practises highly advantageous
  • Good personable and people management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive working under pressure
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Highly motivated and organised
  • Full UK driving license
