Our client operate a leading health club on Guernsey with around 2,000 members. It is undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme and is looking for a highly motivated, driven Sales Consultant to take on the oversight and delivery of the sales functionwhilst the Sales Manager is working in other areas.The role is for an initial 6 months and is a great opportunity to enjoy the Guernsey lifestyle. The position could become permanent subject to the individual gaining the relevant work permitsResponsibilities:To implement an effective sales plan maximising all the marketing strategiesTo manage the sales team and ensure they are motivated and achieving targetTo oversee and manage the sales process and make sure that the sales systems are followed by all staffTo oversee and implement an outreach programme to raise the profile of the Club and generate leadsWork with our marketing partners to ensure accuracy and currency of all our social media sitesWork with our marketing partners to maximise our digital media marketing spendTo tour prospects and close out membership salesTo help renew existing members when their renewal falls duePerson CriteriaWe are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 years sales experience within a high volume, multi use Health Club or Leisure Centre setting. You must be self motivated, driven and professional and posses excellent communication and engagement skills.
