Job Description

Sales Advisers Annual Salary - £21,673.60 + uncapped commission - £33,000+ achievable)Full Time - 40 hours working across store open hours - 09.00 – 18.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.30 – 16.30 on a Sunday.

  • My client islooking for individuals seeking to work in a fast-paced sales environment with the potential for unlimited earnings with an uncapped commission scheme.
  • You will interact directly with customers, matchingproducts and services to the needs of each customer to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience to drive great customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Have a passion for mobile sector and use excellent product knowledge to increase sales and add value to customer.
  • You will be required to meet defined metrics for sales, compliance and customer experience.
  • Act with good conduct and within guidelines of the Finance Conduct Authority.
  • Undertake regular learning and development and align with company and FCA requirements.

Core competencies/Experience;
  • Proven sales experience (at least 1 year)
  • Proven ability to the meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and rapport building.
  • Customer focused.
  • Objection handling and negotiation.
  • Business development and the ability to identify potential opportunity.
You will have a home store and sometimes will be asked to cover other stores (Plymouth, Exeter, Exmouth or Newton Abbot – travel expenses to non home stores is paid).My client isregulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and all offers of employment for this role are subject to background checks, including criminal (DBS) and financial checks to meet the regulators standards.
