Job Description

Revenue Administrator- Ouris one of the fastest growing Wealth Planning brands in the UK , they provide wealth management and financial planning services to individuals and corporate clients across the UK through their network of acquired firms. They arelooking for a Revenue Administrator to join their revenue team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.The duties include but are not limited to:-Reconciling income and error rates kept within agreed tolerances-Checking statements prior to committing to reconciliation processes-Query income not matching expectation with relevant admin teams-Scan or save all docs/emails provided by Providers.-Ensure all planner agreements (remuneration) are understood and the income is reconciled correctly to reflect such.-Complete all relevant checks before running month end-Carry out QA on fees lodged ensuring what is booked follows the internal revenue recognition policy-Run reports as directed and requestedi.e. Age Debt, Planner income etc-Chasing suppliers for relevant commission statements-Ensuring that all workloads are up to date-Keeping all planner queries within agreed timelinesThis is an excellent opportunity for someone to expand upon their revenue experience. You will ideally have two years experience working within financial services. You will demonstrate a genuine desire to do the job and can demonstrate the ability to adopta methodical approach to work.
