Our experience draws on an unmatched range of engineering and technical skills in providing naval base management and shipbuilding to the Royal Navys submarines and surface ships, in addition to operating a wide range of strategic shore-based naval support facilities.Babcock Internationals Devonport Royal Dockyard facility is co-located with HM Naval Base Devonport to form the largest naval support site in Western Europe. Babcocks facilities at Devonport include the UKs sole licensed site for the refitting and refuel/defuel of nuclear-powered submarines, where Trafalgar and Vanguard-Class submarines undergo major refits and upgrades.Due to the continual growth across the site, we are recruiting two Resourcing Business Partners to join the team and be responsible for supporting the operational management and delivery of our recruitment partners for both permanent and temporary resource across two sectors: Naval Nuclear and Naval Marine within our Devonport site.You will work closely with closely with our partners to ensure delivery of professional, effective and timely recruitment thus meeting the needs of the business to ensure we have a committed and competent employee in every role.Key Responsibilities:
