Our office culture is vibrant, inclusive, and built on mutual respect.The RolePosition: Torbay Primary Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Plymouth Office/Hybrid for the right candidate, Full-timeSalary: £25,038.30 - £30,038.30Contract Type: Permanent with a 12-week probation periodAs a Primary Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and development of staff for mainstream primary schools in the region. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and vetting quality candidates,matching them with suitable roles, and providing ongoing support to schools and educators throughout the recruitment process.You are not required to have experience in this sector, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector of special educational needs and will support an experienced team ofrecruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.What will you be doing

• Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
• Proactively communicate with branches and candidates regarding vetting and registration
• Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
• Be a data input and data management wizard

A Day in the Life:Your typical day as a Recruitment Consultant will be dynamic and fast-paced. From conducting educator interviews to liaising with schools in school service reviews and collaborating with colleagues, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to makea difference. Our shifts range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with adjusted hours during the summer holidays to ensure work-life balance.Who we are looking for:Were looking for individuals who have a strong understanding of the Torbay location and primary schools in the area.
