A forward thinking and sustainability minded Construction Consultancy is looking to enhance their Plymouth office with the addition of an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor.The Project Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a well established consultancy with over 50 years success in the industry and 5 offices nationwide.After considerable growth in the South West region the last couple years, this consultancy established a strong presence in the region and moved into a stunning office overlooking the waterfront in Plymouth.Working in the Private Sector, there is an incredibly diverse and varied workload such as Student Accommodation, Private Developments & Residential. Also, branching out into Education (colleges, schools, higher education), Hotel, Blue Light & Defence.The new Project Quantity Surveyor will be the third QS to join the team, working closely alongside a Chartered Senior and Associate.
