Job Description

PROJECT ENGINEER / FTC 18 MONTHSLOCATION: DEVONSALARY IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATEHunter Mason are working on the behalf of our client based in Devon. The company itself are presenting an interesting and exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join the company on a FTC basis, with the opportunity to work towards becoming a seniorProject engineer or Multi Discipline Project Manager so this role could become permanent for the right candidate.This role will involve overseeing an Engineering-Procurement-Construction contractor & multiple directly engaged contractors with respect to infrastructure installations.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience qualified, or time served (and be at least 15 years post qualification)Salary for this role is negotiable for the right candidate and can be discussed further if interested in the position.The ideal candidate will be working Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.00pm.This role comes along with a package of benefits, if you secure a role with my client, you will be entitled to the below, just to name a few

  • A working knowledge of MS Project/PrimaVera
  • Strong knowledge of Risk Management software
  • Competent with Microsoft office,
  • Had experience interpreting and forecasting cost and schedule data.
  • Experience with/ management of contractors via general forms of contracting
  • Site construction experience
To be a successful candidate in this role you will.
  • Preferably be degree qualified in the field of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Have a professional Project Management affiliation.
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Have previous brown field and green field project experience
  • Worked for a recognised engineering organisation
