Production Shift ManagerPlymouth based 47k per annum, plus performance related bonusWe are currently looking for someone experienced in leading and managing a multi-functional production shift. You will lead a team of supervisors looking after 150 people and you will have overall responsibility on shift for all Production activities including health and safety, quality and the delivery of all key production targets.Experience of working within a manufacturing environment containing sheet metal, powder coating and assembly operations will be an advantage, but just as important is the ability to nurture and support your team, expecting that they will become committed totheir chosen careers. We would like candidates to have a level 5 diploma in management studies or similar, but if you dont already have this, our client will be happy to support your development towards gaining this qualification.
