Your knack for working within budget and your motivation to understand the intricacies of payroll administration will be key.Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer complete payroll processes and auto enrolment compliance.
  • Execute accurate and timely year-end reporting.
  • Manage all payroll data input, audit and validation checks, and interfacing of data.
  • Oversee SSP, SMP, and other statutory payments/calculations.
  • Address payroll enquiries and act as a trusted advisor for clients.

Were Seeking:
  • At least one year of experience in a payroll administration role, preferably within a bureau environment.
  • Proficiency in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Acute attention to detail and high accuracy in both manual and systems-based work.
  • Adept multitasking and coordination skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll legislation and processing.
  • Willingness to study for a CIPP Foundation degree qualification.
