Job Description

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to contribute your skills to a dynamic construction company in PlymouthPertempshave an exciting opportunity for a Part time Accounts Administrator to join our clients team. If you have a passionfor numbers, excellent administrative skills, and are seeking a flexible part-time role, wed love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management:
    • Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
    • Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
    • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial data.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage and maintain office files, documents, and records.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries as needed.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
    • Provide general administrative support to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Excellent organisationaland time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
Details:
  • Part-time role, 12 hours per week. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ideally)
  • 3 months approximate duration
  • Free parking on site
  • Near central Plymouth
