Job Description

Adecco are working with a successful medical device manufacturer looking for an Operations Director to join the team on a permanent basis.This position will give you the opportunity to run an already successful manufacturing facility consisting of 50 staff cross-functionally (supply chain, engineering, production, operators)The role will focus on:

  • Day to day running of the manufacturing facility, managing all aspects of the end-to-end production process, and ensuring performance delivery against targets.
  • Promoting and delivering against a culture of continuous improvements.
  • Management of departmental budgets.
  • Working closely with the Quality and Regulatory team to ensure continued compliance to ISO13485: 2016 and MDR and delivering right first time quality product.
To be considered, the candidate should have:
  • Demonstratable experience of working in a complex manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of ISO13485, representing the company in audits
  • Strong Operations Management exposure with great people skills and influence
