Job Description

Mortgage support agent 6-month contract£21,000 -£25,000 Pro rataPlymouthDo you challenge the norm Are you dynamic and inquisitive Were looking for people with initiative who focus on quality. Everyone you speak to will be different and you will treat each customer fairly as you explore individual circumstances, sensitivelyand empathetically.Responsibilities

  • Working on the coop bank mortgages
  • Dealing with collection, very flexible they do want the Maths and English GCSE, Background they are flexible -
  • Dealing with customer who are having issues paying their mortgages sorting out payment plans. Dealing with people in vulnerable situations, Have maturity and empathic conversations
Skills required
  • Good telephone manner with Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and at all levels of the business.
  • Target driven
Desirable
  • Be able to do maths and sums
  • Payment plans and relay them to customer.
