Job Description

Catch 22 are partnered with a national Facilities Management company working on commercial and industrial contracts throughout Plymouth. They are looking for a Mobile A/C Engineer with relevant qualifications and experience to join their team working in and around the Plymouth area.Main responsibilities of a Mobile A/C Engineer;

  • PPM in adherence to set HVCA engineering standards of excellence. All in accord:with the Health & Safety at Work Act requirement and to company safety procedurecontract specification.
  • Respond to Reactive Works to include all Mechanical & Electrical and minor fabricissues.
  • Adhere to the out of hours call out rota (as required).
  • Correct and timely completion of paperwork according to company policy and proceProvide engineering condition reports and quotations.
  • Logbook auditing, Tablet interface via the clients CAFM application.
The successful candidate will be;
  • A/C qualified with F Gas certificate and basic electrical fault finding skills,
  • Have reasonable competence or a basic understanding of the other trades where certificationpermits and qualified in electrical Installations and Test & Inspection Requirements
  • Mechanical skill bias with basic electrical knowledge.
  • Basic carpentry (door hanging, shelf erecting etc); internal furniture, fittings ; décor repairs; external fixtures and fittings repairs: emergency leak repairs and gutter cleaning meter reading; emergency light testing; water temperature recording andalarm testing
  • Minor building/fabric items; controls/hydraulics/pneumatics as requested when necessary

  • Salary of around£38,000depending on experience.
  • Working hours between 08:00-17:00 Mon-Fri
