So, if you are ready to takeyour marine career to the next level and want to join our fantastic company, this is the role you’ve been waiting for.What we expectBe ready to be tasked with anything from technical fault-finding, repowering and upgrading of older vessels, alongside daily tasks of breakdown repairs and scheduled maintenance to marine leisure, commercial vessels and the mechanical aspect of generators.We are seeking highly skilled and motivated engineers to join our team. The role of Marine Engineer requires a deep understanding of marine engineering principles. You will be required to work on all aspects of boats and tenders including inboard and outboardengines, engine controls and electrical systems, gearboxes, stern drives, IPS, stern gear, generators, pumps, fuel tanks and systems, thrusters and hydraulics, lifting, stropping and sea trials to name but a few.We normally work a 40 hour week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime hours are sometimes available for those who wish to work them, sometimes it is a requirement to meet workload and deadlines. We also require rostered availability for emergency call-outsover weekends and some bank holidays.
