Management Accountant Permanent Plymouth £43,000 DOEDK Recruitment are really excited to be exclusively working with their Plymouth based client. They are looking for a management accountant to join the Plymouth Head Office with producing company accounts and becoming apart of the dedicated team of eight.They are searching for a fully qualified accountant who is passionate and is excited to make themselves known to the business. You need to be a confident communicator, team player, excellent with systems and high level of attention to detail.Key Responsibilities and Accountability - Ensure that the dealer management system Drive and InforPM operates efficiently in order to produce accurate reporting for all Aftersales departments.- Prepare summary operating control figures for all Aftersales departments in conjunction with the RWA reporting system.- Prepare monthly management accounts for Aftersales departments to established timescales. Ensure Aftersales Checklist is completed monthly and review with the Senior Management Accountant.- Work with the Aftersales Director and Managers to ensure that the monthly management accounts are understood, and any necessary corrective action is taken.- Ensure company accounting procedures and policies are being followed correctly by Managers and Departments. Where necessary provide corrective training and follow up this training to ensure its success.- Submit monthly composite data for all franchises in accordance with manufacturers requirements and deadlines. Review composite reports for any anomalies with particular regard to the statistics. Submit annual business plans to the required deadlines.
