Job Description

The Opportunity:

  • To head up and lead a sub team within Property Litigation
  • Commercialand residential client base
  • Inherit a busy caseload of repeat clients
  • Continue to build a team around yourself, remaining within the wider litigation team
Advise on:
  • Contentious Commercial Property issues
  • Disputes regarding easements, covenants, the construction of property contracts, overage, wayleaves
  • Landlord and tenant matters including disputed break notices, forfeiture, business lease renewals, enforcement of lease covenants, dilapidations and the impact of insolvency procedures
  • Nuisance, adverse possession, boundaries, misrepresentation claims and property related professional negligence
  • Potentially additional disputes relating to construction and contentious probate if you enjoy this
You will need:
  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • At least 5 years’ PQE+
  • Litigation experience – Ideally property litigation experience
