Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits.
  • Responding to lift breakdown callouts for minor repairs, ensuring timely and efficient solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with clients by meeting agreed-upon response times.
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 Standby/Callout rota.
  • Addressing issues across a diverse portfolio of lifting equipment, including basic LG1 examinations.
  • Demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and working independently to achieve optimal results.
