You just need to get moving down the path.Our Lettings Management Graduate trainee program is exciting and newly created designed to give successful candidates experience of all the diverse elements of management across Connells Lettings business. Once youve completed the programyou will take a leadership role in either a branch/regional based position or one of our support centers.Key responsibilities of the Lettings Management Graduate: Utilising their skills in a sales centric environment Interacting and building relationships with various customers including landlords and tenants Building relationships with local new home site managers and liaising closely with our land and new homes team Supporting the property management team with maintenance works, compliance and deposit handling Setting a clear business generation plan and implementing this to enhance the level of new listings within your area/branch Carrying out valuations with potential landlords and listing new properties to the market including photography and description writing Viewings and negotiations with landlords and applicants to secure lets Supporting the branch with administration and complianceExperience required to be successful as a Lettings Management Graduate: Potential to go on and become a leader of the future Strong verbal and written communication skills Good team player with a flexible approach to work Excellent organisational ability A persuasive nature and the ability to work to sales targets Strong IT skills including excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Customer Service/ Empathy Superb work ethic and want to go the extra mile 2.1 DegreeConnells Group is one of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services providers in the UK and as of March 2021 also encompasses Countrywide.
