The Learning & Development Business Partner will have the responsibility to identify, organise and evaluate the businesses entire range of required learning & development activities. As a new role in within the Colleague Engagement, Wellbeing & Developmentteam you will work with the head of the department to define the processes, best practices and training packages required to support all disciplines and levels within the business.You will create a package of training solutions specific to roles that will be used to support colleagues when they are promoted, move departments, or join the business as well as a series of refresher courses designed to keep the businesses skill levelstopped up.Working with the wider Colleague Engagement, Wellbeing and Development team you will provide the expertise and support required to deliver an effective performance management and appraisal solution to allow colleagues to progress and improve.Main purpose of the role:
