Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a child care specialist, either CILEX or Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious to drive their career forward. You will be working with a team to assist you. You will be taking on a busy caseload of care files.The Candidate

  • You will either have detailed knowledge of the relevant law and case law, or be developing that knowledge.
  • You will be a Child Panel member or intend to work towards this qualification.
  • You will have excellent IT skills.
  • You will be team player.
  • You will be focused on providing exceptional service and advice to your clients.
  • Knowledge of the legal aid rules and regulations would be helpful.
  • You will manage your files so that they are compliant with LEXCEL and legal aid agency regulations.
  • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
