Reed Technology are delighted to be working with a highly regarded, well established industry leading organisation based in Plymouth with their search for an IT Support Analyst to join their fantastic team.Working within the ICT Solution Team of the organisation the main responsibilities will include:• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in 1st/ 2nd line capacity• Support staff in the in the appropriate use of ICT within the business• with a mix of call taking/ticket resolution/break-fix and site support• Ensure workload and priorities are managed effectively using the department helpdesk tool• Responsible for the general maintenance of ICT equipment throughout the organisation• Assist with the deployment of computer related hardware throughout the organisation• Recognise, report and action security related issues to ensure the organisation is continuously protected against ICT related threats• Assist with the delivery of departmental projects as required• Carry out the configuration of network associated equipment• Complete new user inductions as required to ensure staff have a full understanding of the ICT systems and proceduresWe are looking for candidates with experience within:• Technical support and 1st/ 2nd line• Highly personable and a really desire to help people• Ability to multitask and juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and ease• Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016/2019,• PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile supportIf you are interested in this position please apply online or for more information please contact me on
