Job Description

Pertemps have a brilliant opportunity for a HR Services Administrator to join a large and highly reputable organisation, located in Crownhill. This is a chance to join an extremelyfriendly and supportive HR team and work for a highly valued employer.As the HR Services Administrator, you will carry out a full range of human resources administrative activities in support of the provision of a comprehensive human resources service, whilst providing an excellent customer service to both internal and externalcustomers.Your main duties will be to:Provide a full recruitment administration service including assisting managers with writing adverts and placing them. Liaise with managers and applicants and processing documentation in respect of applications / shortlisting and interview arrangements.Prepare and issue offers and contracts of employment and all other relevant starter documentation including reference requests, pensions, DBS checks, medical checks etc.Prepare and issue other standard HR documentation such as letters, probation forms, responding to reference requests and other information requests.Manage and monitor exit interviews.Raise purchase orders, administer invoices etc when requested by the HR team, including obtaining authorisation and signatures as required.Register and distribute paper correspondence / post within the HR team.Contracted until April 2022 initially.
