Job Description

Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an opportunity for a Head of Intergrated Finance on a 3 months contract with a possibility of an extension.Job PurposeInterim support during restructure.

  • Provide professional, commercial orientated financial support, advice and modelling to assist the Council in the delivery of its IHWB transformational change programme.
  • To act as either the new CCG and PCC pooled budget fund manager or deputy fund manager in agreement with the CCG.
  • Lead on/manage core work streams and develop key financial projects for improving the Councils financial management and improve service standards.
  • Responsible for delivery of programmes within allocated resources, developing strategies, providing specialist advice and policy options as required.
  • Responsible for the financial management and reporting of Section 75 budget.
  • Responsible for implementing team plans and contributes to the longer term determination of resources by contributing to the development of service plans, efficiency delivery plans, programmes of work, systems and procedural improvements.
