Grounds Maintenance WorkerCompetitive pay rate of £10.01 per hour.Plymouth City Council, Bereavement Service are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Worker to provide grounds maintenance support in their cemeteries.You would be an experienced grounds maintenance professional and be fully competent in the use of petrol strimmers and mowers. A full clean driving license & Excavator Ticket would also be an advantage.The duties will vary from assisting with grave digging, weeding and path edging to strimming and mowing. There will also be occasions where you will be required to engage with members of the public attending funerals or visiting the cemetery, so a degree ofcustomer service and awareness of the environment will be required.
