KPM has been accredited with the Investors In People Award and a Platinum Award from the Business Health Network.The job holder will be responsible for booking in all goods received and to ensure all relevant checks, record keeping and transactions are conducted on incoming goods before they are released into the factory to ensure adherence to our internal policies and procedures, for example COSHH clearance and quality inspection booking. The job holder will conduct their duties in line with the Company’s Health and Safety policy and core values and behaviours. ·Booking in all cages and factored from KHI shipments on SAP and liaise with Buyer on incoming shipments from JapanBooking in sample parts, raw materials and other on SAPCheck material quantity and part number against the delivery notesCheck deliveries for COSHH clearance against COSHH register prior to booking in materialPrioritise urgent parts for booking in and maintain urgency boardBook parts to 0002 quality inspection or 0012 / 0020 as per the quality inspection board and complete necessary SAP stock transactionsComplete all RTS transactions and paperwork upon supplier collection/disposition of material and liaise with purchasing to arrange collectionsVerify receipt of raw material with test certificate prior to booking inImport data onto import packing registerDeliver miscellaneous material and paperwork to the main officeCo-ordinate transport arrangements for returnable packaging with despatchFiling and organisation of all goods in paperworkHelp resolve booking in, stock and other Goods In queriesCollect post, order stationary and other general administration tasks.
