Job Description

Learning anddevelopment are at the centre of what theydo so support and professional development is a key partof this role and the success of the team.The role requires effective Financial Analysisto support the wider Finance Team to then ultimately support all staff in the company from Senior Teams, Directors, key stakeholders through to clients, customers and account holders.Roles include:

  • Consolidate and analyse financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc)
  • Providerecommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
  • Assemble and summarise data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models
  • Identify trends, advise and recommend actions to a senior financial professional
  • Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the finances.
