This is a permanent vacancy of 37.5 hours per week.An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding Health Roster Team. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated person preferably with previous Health Roster experience to work as part of a team providing a system administrative and support role to Health Roster and senior managers.This post is to support the Health Roster Manager in the effective delivery and maintenance of the Allocate Healthroster systems.The post holder will deal with the day to day management of the system, ensuring all information held within the system is kept up to date. The successful candidate will deal with queries relating to the system administration aspects and be responsible for entering and maintaining changes to rules and shift patterns keeping the system up to date.The post holder will also be expected to provide some system training to staff within the organisation.The post holder may also be required to participate in the Medical Staffing Department, providing support to departments and on-site managers in the provision of cover of medical staff.As a team member you will play a fundamental part in this implementation; helping to create robust processes and procedures in line with local and national guidance.There will be opportunities for education and development; working alongside the wider team and other colleagues within the Trust.The successful applicant must possess:-
