Location: PlymouthSalary: Up to £ 35 000.00 + £ 162.00 on call rota + 25 days leave + 9 bank holidays + Pension, Cycle to work Scheme Work as part of a team providing both a planned and responsive maintenance service, specialising in electrical and mechanical repairs. Our ideal applicant will have/be; Planned and Reactive MaintenanceStatutory Testing Health & SafetyAssist colleagues in other trades and locations as and when the need arisesUndertake training as requiredParticipate in on call rota, when requiredBe prepared to work additional hours, as and when the need arises, especially during the main student arrival and departure weekendsMust be prepared to travel to other sites17th or18th Edition essentialCity Guilds Part 1 and 2Drivers licence essentialSound knowledge of electrical installations and Component as defined in BS7671:2008Ability to test existing installations and additions and alterations as installed, record results and provide certification Time served apprenticeship and completion of Underpinning Knowledge as demonstrated by C&G 2400 qualification or AM2 Achieved MeasurementExaminationPreviously worked within a Maintenance environmentPreviously worked within an education maintenance environment high advantageous eSift have been appointed as the resource partner and we are managing this role on behalf of our client.
