Our client is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a mechanical background to join the team for a contract assignment.Duties:To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems. To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of, HV and LV electrical services, control panels, AHUs, Pumps and motors which will include the ability to fault find with the help of the BMS and the utilization of current alarm data.The ideal candidate will be qualified to City & Guilds level (or Equivalent) and hold an 18th Edition Qualification. The candidate will have good knowledge of General Building Works, Maintenance, Diagnostics and good knowledge of Building Service Systems.This is a full time contract role, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, 40 hours per week.Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
