Extensive knowledge and experience of implementingorganisational change is required.This role is key in ensuring that St Lukes has the capability needed to continue to deliver outstanding Palliative and End of Life Care and meet its objectives, while ensuring that workplace culture, practices, and policies achieve organisational objectivesin line with our values.
