Director of People Services - Hybrid workingPlymouth, Devon£51,603 - £64,504 per annumFor this role we require a minimum 30 hours per week but able to be flexible up to and including full time.Salary for 30 hours £51,603 per annum(Full time equivalent is 37.50 per week salary £64,504 per annum)Do you have real excitement and passion for change and a desire to make a measurable difference to the organisation Are you capable of motivating others to embrace changeWe have a fantastic opportunity for a degree educated MCIPD qualified (or equivalent) HR professional who has experience of leading HR teams to deliver a comprehensive strategic service to staff at all levels. Extensive knowledge and experience of implementingorganisational change is required.This role is key in ensuring that St Lukes has the capability needed to continue to deliver outstanding Palliative and End of Life Care and meet its objectives, while ensuring that workplace culture, practices, and policies achieve organisational objectivesin line with our values.
