Job Description

The role is to maintain the sales ledger, primarily liaising with clients to resolve any queries quickly and ensure payment is received within agreed terms. The candidate will need to be a confident communicator who can chase overdue invoices by telephone,email and letter, whilst liaising with management to keep them informed of any payment issues.Excellent customer service will also be required as you will be liaising with internal sales team and customers, ensuring that paper orders are entered on our ERP/CRM accurately with careful attention to detail. As a successful Credit Controller you will:

  • Debtor chasing and credit control
  • Proficient at wording emails in a professional manner and ensuring that all client requests are fulfilled and answered in a timely manner
  • A good team player who will be willing to assist team members when required
You will need to be:
  • Dedication to accuracy and meticulous attention to detail at all times
  • A positive problem-solving attitude
  • Strong commitment to genuine customer care
  • Ability to work fast and accurately to meet deadlines
  • Great telephone and customer service skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Applications & CRM
Working hours for this position will be from 8:30am to 5pm, MondayFriday. Great benefits including 25 days holiday and a gym membership to St.Mellion! The starting salary is £26,000+ depending on experience.
