The role is to maintain the sales ledger, primarily liaising with clients to resolve any queries quickly and ensure payment is received within agreed terms. The candidate will need to be a confident communicator who can chase overdue invoices by telephone,email and letter, whilst liaising with management to keep them informed of any payment issues.Excellent customer service will also be required as you will be liaising with internal sales team and customers, ensuring that paper orders are entered on our ERP/CRM accurately with careful attention to detail.
