We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a National contractor, who are looking for a Contracts Manager based in Plymouth to cover Devon and Cornwall projects. Our client who manages refurb and maintenance projects across the South West are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The role offers an excellent package including car allowance.Day to Day:

  • Day to day management of multi projects at a time
  • Management of subbies and direct labour force
  • Management of programme of works
  • Responsible for H&S and RAMS
  • Strong people manager and motivator
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
  • SMSTS & First Aid
  • NVQ in trade or management qualification
  • Working knowledge of H&S on site
  • Experience of managing a workforce and planning site work
  • Must have full driving licence
