Contract Delivery Manager - Plymouth£40-45k + car packageThe CompanyOur client has recently been awarded a 7-year contract for the repairs, maintenance, void preparation, and substantial programme of projects to a housing stock of 27,000 across the South of the country.They are a new business, formed to deliver infrastructure, asset and facilities management services into the UK Defence Sector. Hitting targets for customer satisfaction, completions on time, right first time, appointments kept.* Performance management of supply chain and direct delivery teams.* P&L ownership for area of responsibility.* Develop sustainable positive relationships with client and customer.* Implement an innovative repairs and maintenance solution that is focusses on customer service and improving the lived experience.Could this be for youYou will have experience managing a Housing Repairs, Maintenance and Void preparation contract with the ability to manage multiple sites.Thrive in a pressurised environment, acting decisively when faced with urgent issues while consistently maintaining a high level of service at all timesExperience of effectively managing a team of directly employed trades as well as supply chain.Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.You will have an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building services, management or facilities management (ILM, HNC, HND or equivalent vocational qualification)ISOH, British Safety Council safety certification or similar is desirable.For further information please contact or call
