Job Description

Butler Rose is working with a successful FMCG business in Plymouth to recruit a Commercial Accountant on a permanent basis.Reporting into the Finance Director and working closely with key people across the wider business, this is a role where you can add real value.Key duties will include:

  • Margin analysis, including rolling 12 months reporting
  • Sales reporting and forecasting
  • Budget monitoring
  • ROI measurement
  • Product costing
  • Review performance of newly launched products
  • Providing other reports and analysis as requested to support the wider business
  • Business partnering with non-finance departments such as marketing and sales
  • Use of Excel and company accounting software
The successful candidate will ideally be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience within a similar level role.
