Cleaners - We are recruiting a full time cleaner (37 hours a week) and part time cleaner (15 hours a week) for our client based in the City Centre of Plymouth. These roles are to clean offices, communal spaces, meeting rooms, toilets and corridors across two sites and assist with wider duties including grounds maintenance and driving. You will be required to carry out intensive and detailed cleaning work to offices spaces, communal spaces, meetings rooms, toilets and corridors. This includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping and scrubbing of floors, surfaces, sills, pipework and toilets. At times you will be required to assist in other duties including office moves, driving, providing assistance with deliveries and moving items between sites. The role will also involve grounds maintenance including mowing, strimming, sweeping, litter picking and power washing. You will have active cleaning experience in an industrial environment. Previous use of a variety of equipment and experience cleaning large areas. It would be advantageous if you had NVQ level 2 in cleaning. It is essential that you have a full clean driving licence.There are two vacancies one full time and one part with a salary of £17,00 (pro-rata for the part time hours).
