Job Description

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for a BusinessAnalystto join a trusted and well established specialist insurance broker, located in Yelverton. As the Business Analyst, your role will be toassist the company transformation project and introducenew ways of working.Experience/Skills required

  • Insurance experience is preferred
  • Proven business analysis experience including:
    • Creating business cases
    • Requirements gathering and workshop facilitation
    • Producing design specification documentation e.g. new processes, APIs
    • Process and customer journey mapping
    • Producing test plans
  • Experience of structured business analysis techniques and methodologies inc. agile and waterfall
  • Understanding of the SDLC
  • Understanding of project management and PMO principles and techniques inc. planning and RAID management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse and present complex information in a simple manner
  • Common sense, pragmatic approach and a can do attitude
  • Working knowledge of MS Office inc. Visio (or similar) and MS Project (or similar)
Details
  • 5 hours a week
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, which increases to 30 days A/L after 5 years service.
  • 3 month probation period.
  • After which they will be invited to join our generous pension scheme and health carescheme and cash plan.
