Job Description

We need you! We are looking for Qualified Bus Drivers in Callington - immediate start dates available!Let First Bus inject some oomph into your career and become a bus driver at one of our bus depots!We are looking for great drivers with excellent customer service skills.CALL TODAY FOR AN INTERVIEW ON orThe salary for this position is £11.05 per hour and the working hours are 39 per week.We do have overtime opportunities available, and any worked overtime will be banked which will be accrued throughout the year. Any banked hours can be used for time off! At the end of the financial year any hours not used will be paid off by the companyto the driver.Your mission as a bus driver is to go out on the open road. Youll work on your own initiative and take ownership of your bus on its travels, looking after passenger safety and providing a great customer experience. Youll drive different routes, issue ticketsanddrop people off at their destinations.Please only apply for this post if you have/agree to the following:

  1. A valid PCV driving licence
  2. Already have a valid CPC card (with a minimum of 35 hours)or
  3. Are prepared to pay for and acquire a valid CPC card on their own before being offered a position.
Training & Qualifications:Full paid training will be provided which includes;
  • Vehicle and route familiarisation
  • Ticket machine and ticket type training
